Looking forward to 2011

As 2011 rolls around, it' s good to reflect on how 2010 went and set up some goals to achieve in 2011. Have you done that yet? 

2010 has been a great year for me. It's been a year of growth for sure. I've learned so much about essential oils and fitness programs and shakeology, as well as how to best run a network marketing business. I'm learning that good leader skills are important if I want to have a strong team, but it's most important to be passionate about what I do and not worry so much about what I know and what skills I have. Afterall, I will spend a lifetime learning these things. It's very important to be there for others, committed to answering their questions when they come up, and supporting them with patience as they grow their own business. I've always done this, actually, but now I'm more chill about not being the perfect leader, the perfect business owner. There is no such thing as "perfect" and we need to just accept ourselves as we are right now and get better each passing day, passing week, passing year. 

As 2011 rolls in, I look forward to my fitness challenge with about 30 other people from Facebook. I will be undertaking the INSANITY challenge, a 60 day program that is.. well.... insane, as the name expresses. It's the craziest challenge I've undertaken, but I'm looking forward to it nonetheless. I also look forward to my challenge of reaching 10 people, concentrating on just helping and supporting 10, not the whole world, as I was trying to do. I will simply forget marketing to the masses, and focus on building a strong relationship with one person a month that is receptive to leading a healthy lifestyle and is COMMITTED to getting fit and healthy the natural way. 

As we ring in the new year on Friday, I look forward to an amazing year! A year of growth and abundance in every area of my life. How about you?
