That is very cool that you took up crocheing again after having a stroke and being diagnosed with severe fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and you didnt' just give up and have people take care of you 24 hours a day, constantly telling others how terrible you feel so that they feel sorry for you. Keep it up! You have a winnng spirit, for sure.

Speaking of these health issues .... have you looked into natural ways of dealing with these health issues? I do believe that my detoxing your body and giving it the proper nutrients your body needs, you will be able to get better each day.

I am not a doctor, so I can diagnose your problem, but I have heard that therapeutic-grade oils and supplements with these oils can help tremedously. Just detoxing with a good nutritive detox, not one like the Master Cleanse where you go for like 3 weeks just drinking lemon water with maple syrup, but one that actually offers you NUTRITION as you detox would probably aid you tremendously. And after the detox, of course, making sure you eat healthy and supplement with whole food supplements. I know that may now want to spend any more money or time researching things that may help but are not guranteed, but in case you do, I do recommend that you look into getting a kit that Young Living offers. Perhaps you want to just check it out and see if it something you would want to try out. I've been using Young Living products for a little over 3 years now, and the reason I got into them was so that I could be healthy myself, and keep my family healthy. I signed up as a wholesale member so I could get a good discount and get the products everyday not to build a business, but just to stay healthy. Now look at me.... The supplments and oils have helps us so much that I just love sharing how they can help others with health problems. The more I read newsletters and books from natural doctors, the more I realize the importance of leading a healhty lifestyle, detoxing our liver so our body can actually PROCESS the nutrients that we put into it.

Well... I've gotta go.... We are going to go to the beach right now and enjoy the sunny day ;) If you want, I can email you a link to a brochure about the 5-day nutritive cleanse. I hope your day goes better. ((hugs)) Any special plans for tomorrow, Valentine's Day?
