What are your thoughts on Network Marketing?

Most people can't start their own business or franchise the traditional style; that's why I find network marketing so facinating! NWM gives everyone the opportunity, regardeless of age, gender,…Continue

Hello, I am introducing  new healthy products. While we have millions of dollars in weight loss products and a gym on every corner we seem to be missing something. I hope to provide a part of the missing link with solutions from our company. We…

Who am I?

I'm a 41-year-old Christian stay at home who is passionate about fitness and health. What I most enjoy doing is helping other parents around the world who want to be healthy and keep their families healthy set up their own home-based business so they can earn an income while doing just that, and also helping people all around the world get fit, healthy and energetic, no matter what their age. I love helping parents do this because I want them to be able to spend more time with their kids, while still making an income so they can take care of the monthly bills AND go to fun places.

I am involved in two network marketing companies, Young Living Essential Oils and Team BeachBody. They compliment each other, and so I have created my own business called "Abundant Energy Healthclub" where I bring the two companies together so I can help families all around live the healthiest lifestyle ever so they can truly enjoy life to the max.

Looking forward to 2011

As 2011 rolls around, it' s good to reflect on how 2010 went and set up some goals to achieve in 2011. Have you done that yet?

2010 has been a great year for me. It's been a year of growth for sure. I've learned so much about essential oils and fitness programs and shakeology, as well as how to best run a network marketing business. I'm learning that good leader skills are important if I want to have a strong team, but it's most important to be passionate about what…

Will your New Year's Resolution be to LOSE WEIGHT once again?

For many people, that is the way it is. They get on a roll on January 2nd and sign up for gym memberships, try diet pills, fad diets, etc, etc. However, come March, most of these people have unfortunately lost their motivation. Does that sound like you?

Instead of spending your money on diet pills, fad diets and surgeries, contact me. I can offer you amazing options to lose weight and keep it off for a lifetime. Are you up for a…

Investing instead of simply donating

In my opinion, it's best to invest in a company that we can SEE is making a tremendous impact in our world, rather than simply send a donation check every month to a company that is still doing research on something that already can be prevented with a healthy lifestyle. For example, instead of donating to any of the cancer societies that has millions of dollars in budget and very high expenses, I prefer to invest money every month in Young Living Essential Oils since…

Supplement to get the Nutrients your Body Needs

Unfortunately, most of our soil is depleted of nutrients. Therefore, it's important to supplement our nutrition with whole food supplements. We need to make sure, though, that the company that is offering these supplements is trustworthy and will offer us the best supplements out there. Here are a couple I recommend, depending if you prefer to drink your supplement, or take it in pill form:

1. Shakeology - a 6-in-1 supplement that is in shake…

What makes an oil therapeutic-grade? It's all about the healing!

In order for an oil to be really do what you want it to do, I am sure you have heard many say that it needs to be “therapeutic-grade”. But what does that mean exactly? Check out my blog site to read how, beyond the AFNOR guidelines, what makes me know that an oil is truly therapeutic, i.e healing to our bodies, souls and minds:… Continue

Hi Mirdza, I am self employed from home, have a hubblie, three sons and two dogs. I own my own online virtual mall with a brand new company. Top brand items at best price guaranteed, prices must only be bid down, sometimes to nil, huge savings for the average person who normally cannot afford luxury items. There is also an invitation for business opportunity as a mall owner to help lauch this amazing company globally in May. This company is on its way to help the world economy by developing e-commerce, it is fun, fun, fun and easy. Let me know if you would like a sneak peak.

Thanks Mirdza
It really is rewarding for me as well as the business owner that they have a part in things. I believe every business owner should have a part in this aspect of their business!

Hi Mirdza,
Thank you for the message. Yes, that is the Flume log ride at Busch Gardens my husband and I are riding. Although we have 4 children, our eldest daughter(18) has left the nest already. : ( & sometimes, one down, three to go! ; ) Our others are another daughter 15 and two boys 9 & 6. We also have two dogs that we love dearly. I agree with you. Good health is pricless but it is affordable.

Hi. Thanks for the comment. I chose CoconutPalmDesigns because we mainly grow coconuts on our farm here in Belize and it didn't narrow down the direction my company can grow in.

Cheers :-)

I started to crochet when I was a teen but then stopped. After I had a stroke in 2003 (2 wks after my 40th), my health kept declining, I started to have seizures, was diagnosed with severe fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome... so I could not do much around the house. I decided to get some tutorials, some yarn and a few hooks. I basically taught myself how to read a pattern and make diff stitches and so forth. Thanks for visiting my shop. :o)

I have tried so many things dear. Different meds, different approaches, different diets. It has been 7 yrs of searching and researching. I also have an immune system disorder where my immune system attacks my healthy cells. Today is a bad day. But I am trying to crochet some. I did go thru about a year of the 'my life is over, I hurt so bad, I should die' kind of thing. But then I got over that. I keep pressing on. I have met so many wonderful people online, some of them with similar health issues and we try and support each other. And I have my 'art' which is how I consider my crochet.
It just makes me feel darn good when I know someone will be enjoying one of my items and I have them spread all over US and in quite a few countries in other continents. :o)
